CANCELLATION POLICY

- I charge an automatic 75% fee of the services you have booked for any of the following to the card on file: • No call no show • Failure to notify me 48hrs before the time of your appointment to cancel or reschedule • Arriving 10 or more minutes late, as it will push all my other scheduled appointments behind. -If you cancel or reschedule last minute due to extenuating circumstances and do not rebook the same day that you notified me, or you cancel the rebooked appointment at ANYTIME, you will be charged 100% and banned from my site. - Please be on time. For every 5 minutes late, a $5 fee gets applied. 10 minutes or more late will result in automatic cancellation with 75% of service fee. If reason is due to extenuating circumstances fee may be waived but appointment will still need to be rescheduled unless I agree otherwise. - Please read all emails/sms notifications to confirm appointments & for more detailed instructions to my studio in case you get lost. Feel free to call or text. - Any cold/flu like symptoms I kindly ask that you reschedule to a date when you are better. - Please no kids or extra guests. Please ask before hand and I MAY be able to accommodate.
